History

Founded in 1993, Tecosol has developed a new in situ soil and groundwater treatment technology. Soltec Process was developed in collaboration with the National Research Council of Canada and the  Université  de  Sherbrooke  in  Province of
Quebec. Research and development projects have been conducted on two industrial sites at Alcan Ltée between 1995 and 1999.

From 2000 to 2005, the marketing of the Soltec Process has permitted the in-situ treatment of more than 25000 cubic meters of contaminated soils in Province of Quebec,Canada in accordance with authorization certificates issued by the Quebec Government.

In 2005, Tecosol joined Les Industries Fournier Inc. from Thetford Mines to invest in commercial activities and R & D, increasing his area within the environment protection sector.
